The License Key for my dictionary package does not work. What's wrong?

Adaptxt contains a dictionary with your native (primary) language. You do not need to install a dictionary package for your native (primary) language. If you have a problem installing a license key for a second language, please visit http://support.adaptxt.com/.

What version of Adaptxt am I using?

To view what version of Adaptxt you are using:

Select the About option from your menu system.

Can I hide the suggestion window?

Yes, Select Hide Adaptxt . For more information see the Help Guide.

When starting Adaptxt for the first time, I see an error message. What do I do?

Yes, you can place the suggestion window anywhere on the screen.
It is also possible to dock it to an appropriate place depending on your device type. You can access this function through the menu system on your software.

How can I see how effective Adaptxt is for me?

Adaptxt keeps track of how many keystrokes you are saving. You can find this information under Statistics in the menu system of your software.
