What started as a personal aid, has become a business with global presence.

KeyPoint Technologies (KPT), founded in 2004, improves text input experience (typing) in smartphones and other devices.

It is rightly said necessity is the mother of invention. When Sanjay Patel’s (founder’s) brother lost his arm, instead of despairing, Patel went about creating a solution to overcome this problem. Little did he know that he would stumble upon “input text solution” and start a company, which today is known as KeyPoint Technologies. The company has grown over time and has international presence and user base. The initiative, launched few years back, today enriches the way users interact with their devices.

“A mobile user today has access to smartphones, tablets and other connected devices with plethora of applications installed. Each application requires an interaction with the user to perform the intended action. We enhance the input experience of users and simplify their interaction with devices and apps,” says Sumit Goswami, CEO.
