Update to Adaptxt for Android brings smarter, faster texting, with support for 50 languages

Smart keyboards apps are an essential category of application for many Android users. Thanks to features like word prediction, smart error correction, and optimized key layouts, smart keyboards allows you to take your smartphone typing to the next level.

There are several quality smart keyboards applications available for Android, of which Swiftkey or SlideIT are perhaps the best known. But there is growing competition to the established players, coming from Adaptxt Beta, an app that promises faster and fluid texting on your Android device.

Developed by Keypoint Technologies, Adaptxt brings some unique features to the table, including the ability to use industry-specific add-ons (like business or medical), a wide range of supported languages (50 at last count), private mode, text learning from Twitter, and much more.

We first reviewed Adaptxt in November of last year, when our Brigitte Novabos was impressed with the apps fluidity and intelligence, even it was still in beta at the time.

Now Adaptxt for Android has been updated with a host of new features, that will really simplify the way you enter text on your Android smartphone.
